I can honestly say that my sessions with Hannah had a huge positive impact on my life. Hannah gave me tools and coping techniques that have taught me so much about myself and my mind. I was a bit dubious at first as I have done these things before and have never got much out of them. Hannah made me feel at ease and was very open and honest with me. She genuinely cares but didn’t just make it easy, she listened, challenged, taught me things and then encouraged me to put the work in to get the outcomes right. I was struggling with depressive thoughts and social anxiety when I started having sessions. I am very grateful to have rediscovered my confidence again and feel far more emotionally in control.

I can honestly say that working with Hannah has changed my life for the positive in so many ways that I never thought possible. If only Hannah’s standards and approach was the bench mark for the minimum expectation across the board.

The treatment I received was immensely helpful in overcoming my Covid-related anxiety. Hannah Rawlings is incredibly knowledgeable and was so supportive towards me,. She made me challenge myself which has really positive outcomes and celebrated my successes, Without her support I would not be were I am today - back in work everyday and going out and doing normal things again. Hannah has given me the skills to recognise if I start to struggle again and how I can prevent a setback. I have learnt so much about myself recently which has helped in many areas of my life.

Hannah has been absolutely key to my journey. She has a very warm and empathetic personality and is a great listener. She has been extremely positive and patient throughout, and her professionalism shines through in her approach. She should be commended for her hard work and dedication.
